FAQ

Does the signature include images? Are they blocked by Outlook?

The signature uses pure inline HTML without external images, so it's never blocked. Profile photo and logo can be embedded as inline base64 images, ensuring rendering in every client.

Can I customize the signature template?

Yes. On Business plans multiple templates are available, plus the ability to customize colors, fonts and layout. On lower plans, the template is optimized for readability and compatibility.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Generated signatures are responsive: they adapt to the email client window, both desktop and mobile. They render correctly on iOS Mail and Android.

What if I change role or phone number?

Edit the card once and the generated signature updates automatically. You only need to repaste it into the email client settings to propagate the change.

Can I disable the bizCARD logo in the signature?

Yes, from Personal plan onwards. The Free plan includes the bizCARD watermark in the signature; all other plans allow you to remove it.
