How fast can we onboard 20 employees?
Around 30 minutes total: 5 minutes to set up the brand theme, 25 minutes to send invites and activate the cards. Each employee fills in their card autonomously in 2-3 minutes.
Can we apply a single theme to the whole team?
Yes. You create a theme with your brand colors, logo and fonts, then apply it to every team card in one click. Future theme changes propagate automatically.
What happens when an employee leaves the company?
The admin removes their access and the card is no longer reachable. With SCIM provisioning (Enterprise) this happens automatically when the person is deactivated in the company directory: card deactivated, sessions revoked, no data deleted.
How many employees can we manage?
The Team plan includes up to 5 members, Business 20. Enterprise is tailored: members, cards and storage are defined together, with SSO, SCIM provisioning and dedicated support.
Do you support SSO and automatic user provisioning?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan: SSO with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or any OpenID Connect/SAML 2.0 provider, and SCIM 2.0 provisioning that creates, updates and deactivates cards from the company directory.
