Team
Add team members with different roles, assign specific cards and monitor performance from a single centralized dashboard.
Managing 20 employees' cards means having control over who can create, edit, see whose stats. bizCARD uses a granular role system: owner (everything), admin (team and card management), editor (edits only the assigned card), member (view-only). Every team has a single owner, plus an unlimited number of other roles depending on the plan.
Inviting is via email: the new member receives a link, clicks, accepts the invite and lands in the team with the role you chose. For editors, the flow is simple — they only see the assigned card, can edit it within the limits of the shared theme, but have no access to other cards or team settings. For admins, the full panel: add members, move cards, manage theme, view aggregated analytics.
Billing is centralized: a single subscription for the team, owned by the team owner. When you add members, the plan adjusts automatically; when you remove them, the plan stays as is (cancellation happens at the next renewal). The team dashboard shows aggregated analytics — total views, top cards, visitor countries, conversions — useful for marketing and management.
The owner creates the team during onboarding or from settings. Members can be invited right away.
Enter email and role for each member. The system sends an automatic invite; the new member accepts and lands in the team.
Create cards for each member or assign existing ones. Editors only see their card, admins see all.
Depends on the plan: Team includes up to 5 members, Business 20, Enterprise 50. Above Enterprise a custom plan is available with unlimited size.
The editor only edits the assigned card and has no access to the team. The admin can add members, manage all team cards, see aggregated analytics.
A single subscription for the team, owned by the owner. Adding members doesn't generate separate billing: it's part of the plan.
